Jason is proud to call New York home after living here for 10 years. Originally from Maine, he now resides in Prospect Park South with his partner and three adorable children. Prior professional experience includes event planning and design throughout the Tri-state area, real estate brokerage in the affordable housing market nationwide, and talent/literary management with William Morris Endeavor in New York. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communication at Emerson College in Boston. Jason's knowledge of marketing, event production, design, and real estate make him a valuable member of Team Bondy.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Claire is a native New Yorker known among clients and colleagues for her unique combination of unwavering, eternal optimism, and overall fresh and colorful approach to real estate. With a background in architecture, Kris brings her expertise in spatial and exhibition design to the real estate world. Her love for beautiful design keeps Kris motivated to find the perfect balance where real estate meets lifestyle. Speaking native mandarin and now into her eighth year of living in NYC, she supports both the local and international clientele with care and great attention to detail.
