Margaret is a seasoned real estate professional who started her career in 1994 in Rockville Centre, NY. In 1996 Margaret and her husband Glenn left Long Island and relocated their family to Cary, NC, which proved to be quite a challenging experience with five young children.
To familiarize herself with the real estate market in the Triangle area, Margaret worked for a builder, gaining valuable knowledge about new construction. However, she soon realized that her true passion lay in working one-on-one with clients helping them navigate the challenges of moving across town or across the country.
Now, many years later, Margaret and Glenn have six children, and six grandchildren. As a result of raising a large family, Margaret has become an expert on the public and private schools in the Triangle area, as well as the North Carolina University system. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to guide her clients, recognizing that finding the right house is just a small part of finding the right home.
Margaret has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers with their moves within and around the Triangle. She primarily works through referrals and prefers to keep her team relatively small to maintain a personal, one-on-one approach. Although she embraces the use of technology to assist her clients, Margaret believes that her experience, knowledge, & integrity, and are her most valuable tools.
Living in Preston has given Margaret a unique perspective on the growth and development that has taken place in Cary and the Triangle region over the past two decades. This vantage point allows her to anticipate future trends and developments. Outside of work, Margaret takes full advantage of the amazing Carolina weather enjoying tennis, boating, staying updated on the latest happenings in the Triangle area and most recently has added pickle ball and e-biking to her list of fun things to do.
Margaret is actively involved in various charitable endeavors. She has worked with Habitat for Humanity, raised over $70,000 for the LLS Man/Woman of the Year Campaign, and currently serves on the Boards of Catholic Charities of The Diocese of Raleigh and The Luxury Home Marketing Group of the Triangle.
