About Pam

Pam Grant, an esteemed real estate professional and licensed broker, boasts a wealth of experience in property transactions across California and Washington State. Originally from Santa Barbara, she relocated to Seattle in 1979, starting her Real Estate career in 2000.  

Having collaborated with top-tier real estate professionals since 2000, Pam commenced her career in Washington before relocating to California.  She joined Compass in Santa Barbara North County in 2019 and in 2022, she obtained her license once again in the Pacific Northwest, where she moved to be closer to family and friends. Currently, she is a valuable member of the Northwest Real Estate Team at Compass in Totem Lake Village, Kirkland, while also maintaining connections with her long-time clients and excellent agents in California.
