Dawn has over 23 years of experience working at Lockheed Martin. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Management Program from the University of Central Florida. She’s a licensed real estate associate in Florida. Dawn is an expert in multi-tasking management, problem-solving, contract preparation, and negotiation.

She is active in the community of Palm Beach, and currently, she sits on the Board of Directors of American Humane and the Advisory Board of Leaders in Furthering Education (LIFE). She also sat on the Executive Committee for Wine Women & Shoes benefiting Big Dog Ranch Rescue. Dawn served on the Sun and Surf Condo Association Common Area Renovation Committee and on the Brazilian Palm Beach Condo Association Beautification Committee. She was the former Vice President of the Brazilian Palm Beach Condo Association.
