About Leslie

Leslie DeLuca is a Real Estate Broker who believes the public deserves a better real estate experience. Whether it’s your first transaction or your hundredth, count on her to be your trusted advisor, ensuring you understand every aspect of your transaction and are confident with your decisions.

A third generation Monterey Peninsula native and second generation realtor. Leslie was born into a real estate family.  She grew up in Pebble Beach where her family built, bought, and sold real estate. Art is her passion and she brings a creative flair to her practice of real estate. Client education is a huge part of her service.

When you meet her, she will ask you a lot of questions. Don’t be put off. Each client is a relationship to nurture. She truly wants to get to know you and give you the undivided attention you deserve. The more she knows, the better she will be at helping you get what you want. Buying and selling real estate is complicated, confusing and expensive. You want a trusted partner by your side during this important life experience. Call it the Italian in her, but you will meet as strangers  and leave feeling like family.

Leslie is a graduate of Stevenson School In Pebble Beach and the University of Southern California. When she is not selling houses, she is with her lovingly loud and outgoing Italian family. She is likely cooking, baking or playing with the grandchildren, maybe painting pictures, singing, or doing something fun and creative. She is a contributing writer to Inman News, A member of The Seaside Art Association and a member of the board of directors of AMP Media.

Ask Leslie about real estate and what brings her joy and this is what she’ll say: “There’s no other place I’d rather live and work, and I like to think that’s reflected in everything I do in the community. As a realtor, I connect with the Compass mission statement, help everyone find their place in the world. Because as I always say, everyone has to live somewhere, so let’s get your name on the deed.”
