Kristin grew up in the middle of the Pacific on Kauai, Hawai’i, where her island upbringing instilled the importance of building and maintaining relationships, to cherish the environment and community around her, and to value curiosity in everyday life. Kristin spent much of her upbringing exploring the beauty in nature and finding her next adventure.
Her adventurous spirit brought her to California in 2008, where she pursued a career working with young children. After obtaining her bachelor's degree in Child Development, and her master's degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in child studies and marriage and family therapy, Kristin went onto open a daycare and a preschool in Los Angeles.
Her experience in her work with young children and families inspired her to seek out other ways she can help those around her and has ultimately led her to Compass, where she continues to help families navigate the buying and selling process.
When Kristin isn’t hosting an open house or helping families find their dream home, she is busy overseeing operations at her childcare center, participating in outrigger canoe paddling, and exploring the vast city of LA.
