"Adam is extrememy thorough, honest and an excellent negotiator. He will work with you to find the home that meets your needs. I couldn’t imagine working with a better realtor!!!" - Lara
"I will always remember this day and @adamvicars_realtor! Our townhome had been on the market for sale for several frustrating months. We hired and fired two previous agents that put our family through a very stressful time, including a deal that fell through the week of closing. My stress level was through the roof! Then my friend told me about Adam and I called him right away. He swung into action and promised to sell our home stress free. I was six months pregnant and I told him I needed to move out of our house and into our new home before the baby arrives (so he basically had 2 months to sell our home and help us purchase our new home). A huge task but man, this guy came through! You promised us that we would have the baby in our new home and we sure did. I can go on and on but all I can say is THANK YOU ADAM!" - N. Alexander
"I had the pleasure of having Adam list and sell my home. He put together a creative and well thought-out marketing campaign to attract an impressive number of potential buyers. Even though there were lower priced homes in my neighborhood on the market, he was able to get two competing offers for us and ultimately sold our home above asking price! My wife and I really appreciated the advice and communication Adam personally provided through the entire process" - Jason
