During her time up north she learned how to get offers accepted in 20+ multiple offer scenarios and learned how to get top dollar for her seller clients by making small improvements to the property before listing it to create a bidding frenzy. By utilizing her natural and trained eye for design and her real estate wisdom, she is able to increase her sellers’ return on their home refresh investment 5-10 fold.
She brought what she learned from the pressure cooker of SF back to her home, the best city in the world, LA and its surrounding foothill communities 5 years ago. In addition to her strategic real estate prowess, she believes behind the finance and competition involved in the process there are people; people with stories, aspirations, worries and plans.
