Client Testimonials

Marjory and Alice were a great help to us when buying a home in MD whilst living out of state. We often had to visit in very time-pressured circumstances. The team always did a wonderful job of lining up viewings, often last-minute, and in a timely way. They also quickly developed a good sense of our taste, which served us well in our search. In addition, Marjory went above and beyond with our 4-year old, keeping her entertained whilst Papa and Mama got the ‘feel’ of homes. We were very thankful for the personal nature of their service, the market knowledge… and the patience! Thank you, both.  - Wendy Richards

About Alice
Alice has found her home and calling as a realtor in Washington D.C. With a great eye for design and a meticulous studier of the real estate market in the greater D.C. area, Alice is passionate about helping you find your place in this community.

Originally from Louisiana, Alice’s career began in politics and non-profit work before moving to Washington D.C. After buying a home and starting a family on Capitol Hill, she worked for a residential general construction company which sparked her desire in becoming a realtor. Alice's work with a residential construction company gave her unique insight into the Capitol Hill and DC market. Through that experience, she has been able to build relationships with realtors, developers and contractors that helped her become a valuable real estate agent.

Whatever type of home you are looking for, Alice wants to help you find it. Whether you are a first time buyer, looking for an investment property, searching for your forever home, or downsizing, Alice will represent you with dedicated service every step of the way.

Alice loves to spend time with her husband, two sons, and spaniel named Seven in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. They enjoy exploring other parts of the city and surrounding area.  She can often be found walking her dog, hanging out with her family at Lincoln Park, or at Eastern Market.
