About Alison
A savvy realtor and top performer, Alison’s goal is to help clients navigate the real estate market as seamlessly as possible. Whether it’s relocating to Dallas, downsizing because the kids went off to college, or helping clients’ parents move, she provides a fully satisfying experience for one and all.
Though her sales record is the heart of her success, Alison feels she has truly done her job when her clients felt cared for, listened to, responded to, and well educated. “Buying or selling a home is a major life decision. A native of North Dallas where she has resided for decades, Alison has witnessed the area’s exponential growth firsthand and can easily help clients find a location and home that perfectly fit. Her specialty areas are North Dallas, Plano, and Frisco. In addition to her market expertise, clients appreciate her tenacity and skilled negotiating that result in win-win deals.
Alison began her real estate career as a transaction coordinator after 20 years in corporate America. She wanted to first master the contractual aspect of a real estate transaction before negotiating a deal on behalf of her clients. Always an avid learner, Alison earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, further distinguishing her from her peers. As a fan of great marketing, she joined Compass to capitalize on their cutting-edge marketing tools and technology that optimize efficiency and user-friendliness for clients.
Hailing from North Dallas where she is raising her own family, Alison lives just five miles from where she grew up. This University of Texas graduate holds a BBA in International Business/Marketing, and earned her MBA while working full-time in sales. Alison owns and invests in real estate, and is partner in a family business managing multifamily properties. She consults with clients even after their purchase to share information on market trends and fluctuations, plus consults on home improvements and remodeling.
Outside the real estate arena, you can find Alison watching her kids play sports, pampering her three precious pets, and spending time with her husband. Her hobbies include travel, health and fitness, with an emphasis on her newfound love of tennis.
