Amy Dinter has a Bachelor Of Arts in Community Development from Portland State University. Her intention was to take a year off between undergrad and graduate school and pursue her master’s in urban planning/sustainable development. However, life brought her to South Florida and instead of her masters she got her real estate license. She has been licensed and selling residential properties since 2005.
She has earned her GRI and she is a certified negotiation expert. She believes that the best negotiations are when both sides of the table have a win-win outcome. Her background in community development has taught her that in order to facilitate a win-win, she needs to know the market inside and out, and communication is key in building strong relationships. She also has a unique edge in the marketplace. She is a co-owner of a company called Go Away Junk. She can offer individualized packages of services for her clients that will help them prepare their homes for sale and get the highest price possible. For example, curb appeal enhancements, junk removal, lawn maintenance, and interior refresh cleans until a property sells.
In her free time, Amy lives the South Florida lifestyle with her family and friends. She is married and has two daughters. She is a self-professed foodie and will try restaurants from Palm Beach to Miami. She loves the beach and to be outdoors. She and her husband enjoy date nights out on the town dancing at the best nightspots around. She also loves the Arts. Art Basel, the ballet, opera, all types of dance performances, musical theatre, and concerts. Her motto is that life is worth living and to do it well.
