"My boyfriend and I worked with Amy at Bohemia Realty to find a 1 bedroom apartment to rent in the Upper West Side/Morningside Heights. We were moving from another city and needed someone to help us find a place in a very short time frame and coordinate everything with us remotely. We were very stressed out about it, but Amy really helped ease things! She also knows the areas really well and had many suggestions and recommendations. A few days before we were landing in New York, Amy sent us links and information about all the listings that met our needs with a few notes about each. We then flew up to NY for viewings and only saw apartments that could really work for us. She made sure to listen to all our feedback after each showing and incorporates that into the listing she showed us next. She also made the effort to arrange viewings through the weekend as we were only there for a very short period of time.
