“My husband and I found Andrea by accident. Thank god we did! She is trustworthy, warm, and endlessly knowledgeable about NYC real estate.
She listened so specifically to our real estate needs, both spoken and unspoken, that the very first listing she sent us was “the one”...
That is not to say our real estate transaction was straightforward. We are immeasurably glad we had Andrea as our advocate through the whole convoluted and stressful process. She went so far above and beyond the call of duty it’s impossible to even describe here.
We had to sell our coop before we could close on our new house, make some repairs to the apartment before we could close on that, and navigate a very contentious relationship with a grumpy coop board. But Andrea was there every step of the way, from initially walking through our apartment suggesting easy updates and fixes to make it show the best it could, to making us feel super comfortable with the asking price she meticulously pinpointed, to letting the repairman in to our apartment while we were away, to managing the coop board’s many, many demands on our behalf.
Buying or selling real estate in NYC is generally a nightmare. I don’t know how Andrea was able to make it seem fun, but she did. We are so grateful for her expertise, for her friendship, and for the house, we now get to call “HOME”.
