About April
April provides individuals, families their advisors with access to the most personalized, sophisticated confidential real estate support available. From the elevated effective marketing of a variety of residential properties to the strategic representation of buyers seeking hard to find off-market properties, April leverages tremendous resources, concierge services, a close network of global real estate relationships to deliver outstanding results.
Prior to joining Compass, April was an individual agent first with Coldwell Banker, and then, with Keller Williams: Boston and Cambridge Homes, LLC where she was the number one agent in the Bay office 2019, a member of the ALC: Associate Leadership Team, a mentor to new agents. Her 15-year career provides clients with a proven record of integrity, professionalism, the results that clients desire.
Born raised the Greater Boston area, April graduated from Northeastern University (undergraduate) Boston College (master's degree). With a family history firmly grounded Boston, she is a local girl who has extensive knowledge appreciation of the history, culture, architecture of Boston, Cambridge the surrounding towns; a rare find among the large agent population. Currently, she resides in the Belmont/Watertown area with her two elementary-age sons husband after living in a few different Boston neighborhoods over the years. Passionate about renovating and historic preservation, sharing her love of the Boston and Cambridge neighborhoods and towns, and helping others; she served as a City Year Corps Member in 93-94, City Year Alumni Board, Boston Do Something Volunteer, Boston Marathon First Aid Volunteer, Beacon Hill, and Belmont Day School Auction Committees, and many others.
