I would like to personally thank Lorrie for her very professional and effective job you did in representing Mr. ____ in the sale of his home. We both appreciated her follow up and enthusiasm through the negotiations and closing. Congrats on the great sale!
For me, indeed, it was an enlightening and education experience working with Lorrie on this deal. She is truly the Pro’s pro, and watching her in action was like a ringside seat for a heavyweight fight!
What a surprise to get the lovely flowers today! I feel like we should be sending you flowers and presents! I understand commissions and all but you did an extremely professional, thorough job from the start. I admire your knowledge of the market, the approach you use, and the tenacity you have while working on a deal. You are the dealmaker. We all thank you and your wonderful staff for all of the hard work. Can’t wait to have you all over for a celebration!
It seems as though she has an innate ability to prevail upon other owners and brokers to make concessions where normally others would faily. This, of course, adds to her ability to make deals. Her hustle and salesmanship is something I haven’t seen since my father sold land in the East. The inexperienced should watch and listen closely because there is alot to learn. The experiences should reread a couple of her chapters because we all should continue to learn. TO a champagne salesperson and a champagne lady!
Aspen Core, Red Mountain, and West End
As a part time Aspen resident since 1955 and a full time resident and REALTOR since 1979, Lorrie has seen significant changes and growth to the Roaring Fork Valley. Prior to starting her own firm in 1997, Lorrie was one of the top-producing realtors in the state for RE/MAX. Lorrie started Lorrie B and Associates to provide the highest level of service to her clients. Lorrie’s father built neighborhoods to house the baby-boom generation, and she has always loved the entire process from design, to the smell of fresh cut lumber to the placement of your hot tub. She is enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge and passion to help client do a project for themselves.
Lorrie is a natural athlete with a deep love of the mountains; skiing, hiking and biking as much as possible. Lorrie raised two children in Aspen and loves the small town feel and caring community that Aspen offers.
