"Jason was highly recommended to us by a friend, and he has been really great to work with as we bought our house. He's been extremely responsive over email and text, and he's gone above and beyond to check in with us, let us know where we are in the process and what tasks have yet to be completed. He was also available at a moment's notice to set up showings. Even after our closing, we'll continue to stay in touch with him with any questions we might have and he's also made a commitment to keep us posted about important dates like when we should apply for tax exemptions, etc. And he's been really helpful in keeping track of deadlines, and checking in for us with the lender, title company, and all the other people that need to stay informed." -Neena

"Jason is an absolutely wonderful individual. We bought a house several months ago and Jason has been in touch ever since, always available to answer questions and offer support. He made the initial process as smooth as possible and has continued to be a great presence. On top of that, he is a very kind, considerate person who can nevertheless be tenacious when it comes to negotiating contracts. I can't recommend him enough." -Sharon

"We are so lucky that we happened to meet Jason at one of his open houses in February. We chatted with him about the home, and he knew a lot about the area. So a few weeks later, we reached out to him about working with us for our first home purchase. From the first email, he was very prompt and informative. We met to go over our needs, and we could both tell immediately that his focus was on us as buyers, and that he was going to be a great partner in helping to find a home that was right for us. He has so much knowledge about the real estate landscape in central Austin. With every home we looked at, he provided honest feedback and considerations, he answered question after question, and provided really invaluable advice not just about each home, but about what we should consider as first time home buyers. When we did find the home we wanted, we were even happier we had Jason guiding us through this process. He helped us through the offer process, and made us feel confident and empowered as buyers, even in this competitive market.Once we were under contract, Jason continued to exceed our expectations, organizing all of the necessary inspections, and also coordinating a visit with builders to talk about initial ideas we had for expanding the home. We pulled up to the house that day, and it was buzzing with people there to help inform us about the details of the home. It was so convenient for us, and so generous of him to coordinate all of this on our behalf. We're so excited about our new home, and the home buying experience was better than we could have expected. We owe this to Jason! He is someone we're so lucky to know, and we're excited that we've found a realtor and trusted advisor that we can count on for life. Thanks Jason!" -Rachel

"My husband and I recently sold our home in Austin and had the pleasure of working with Jason Heffron as our realtor. He met with us initially just to discuss the pros and cons of renting our house vs. selling it. He provided us with a huge amount of information regarding both processes and did not pressure us to decide either way. We took some time to make a decision and he was very patient. He checked in often to see if we need any additional information or advice in order to make our decision. We ultimately decided to sell our home and he provided so much assistance in that process. He had a staging expert come in to help us decide how to prepare the home for sale. Jason also warned us that stagers can be overwhelming and reminded us that he believed he could sell the house even if we did nothing that the stager requested. Jason also hired an excellent photographer who took beautiful pictures of our house. He was very open and frank with us regarding the list price, but did not pressure us in any way for a certain number. When it came on the market, we had a ton of activity immediately and Jason communicated with us each step of the way. We went out of town during the majority of the showings and open house and he worked with us over the phone to talk through the offers on our home. We received 8 offers in the first 4 days that it was on the market, and all but 1 were over the asking price. I'm sure this has something to do with the current Austin real estate market, but it certainly helped to have Jason there to discuss the offers with us and help us decided which offer to take. The closing process was seamless as well and we are so happy we had Jason to walk us through the entire process. We would recommend him to anyone" -Megan Schlegel

"We don't have words to fully capture how extraordinary Jason was throughout the home buying process, he was beyond phenomenal! Our situation was a bit complicated as we were out of state, had to work with a challenging timeline, etc...Throughout the process, Jason was extraordinary and since day 1, he fully understood our needs and what we were looking for...In Jason you will find a wonderful professional but also an extraordinary advocate for you and your family...It's just wonderful to find that level of knowledge, expertise, warmth, and empathy in the person who will work with you on such a crucial life transition!" -Ruben

"Jason is the best real estate agent in Allandale (possibly even Texas). Hands down, without a doubt. He is hardworking, kind, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area. Jason helped us sell my mother's home on Shoal Creek. Immediately we could tell he was really good at his job. Before we even had our first meeting, Jason began gathering information for his own personal analysis, including detailed comps to start determining the best list price for our home. He provided well-researched advice about what months (and even days of the week) were best to list on the MLS in our neighborhood. He even provided a professional stager to help us sell the house within our time frame. If we needed a plumber or a concrete guy, Jason knew who we should call. We relied on his expertise when faced with so many different decisions that we never expected to be making. He never let us down! What really makes Jason exceptional among all the rest is his admirable character. Our family circumstances surrounding the sale of my mother's home were complicated. The decision to sell was painful for everyone involved. Jason treated our delicate situation with great eloquence. He was able to remain completely professional in difficult and uncomfortable family times. Yet somehow he was also incredibly compassionate, even generous, regarding our situation. Throughout the process, Jason managed to walk the fine line between real estate agent and friend. And he did it gracefully. With his help, selling our home turned from a terrible situation to a sad but manageable task. Jason made us feel like we were his only clients. He was always available for us. That was priceless. We never had to wait on him to push paperwork through or send an email... in fact, he was usually reminding us we had a document in queue that needed our attention. Plus, Jason is a super smart guy with incredible instincts! He anticipated problems before they happened, never seemed flustered. He always just went with the flow. I will definitely rely on Jason for all real estate needs in the future and I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family." -Leslie J.

"We worked with Jason recently on the sale of our previous home, and the purchase of our current home, both in Crestview. He is very organized and knowledgeable, both of the real estate process and the neighborhood itself. He made sure all of the details were taken care of and sent us updated timelines to keep us on schedule, which made things much less stressful. For the sale of our house, Jason set realistic expectations and had a good marketing plan. He was very engaged in the process and we really felt that he was looking out for our best interest. He really went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy realtor in Austin" -Erin
