Recent Letter From Our ClientY'all-
As you all have probably heard by now, one of my least favorite things to do is to move. And I'm also not very competitive. And as a Capricorn, I'm really into order and rules.
So, you can imagine the kind of feelings I was having when I finally decided we had to sell our place and get back into the crazy race of looking for a new place. (Yes, it took a pregnancy, rats on the block, and two power outages in one week to break me).
One reason why I was concerned is that last time around, it felt hard. There were so many steps, so many offers, so many conversations between so many people that I was always orchestrating.
But y'all, I have to say, this time around was awesome, and we know that's because of stellar pros we had working with us. Ben and I really appreciate how much you did (a lot of it behind the scenes) and how you kept us focused, got strategic, and helped us find a new home that fits us down to the countertops that match my company's brand color.
Thank you for all that came with this- like dealing with attitudes (not ours, of course), negotiations over toilets till the 11th hour, silly questions from us we probably could have googled, and more. And thank you for the grace in moments where I may or may not have been calling people names in frustration...
While I hope we don't move for a long time, we will surely be back in touch when we do, and always be referring.
Thank you, thank you!

Lawrence’s unique background and experiences in the worlds of music, creative direction and real estate give him an invaluable set of multidisciplinary skills and keen cultural sensibilities to help him serve his clients. He knows that the purchase or sale of a home is much more than a financial transaction, but a deep emotional decision which requires asking the right questions to truly understand a clients needs, wants and interests.
A Native New Yorker, Lawrence has a unique perspective of the city. Born and raised in Coney Island and Tribeca before moving an hour away to Princeton, NJ for high school, he has had the rare opportunity to see the city landscape change over the last 30 years. From the rise of affluent neighborhoods like Tribeca to burgeoning areas in the outer boroughs like Harlem and Bushwick, Lawrence has seen a new generation take over New York. Though he agrees the city has changed in many ways, the buoyant spirit and tireless energy of the young professionals and creatives who have come to inhabit NYC is what makes it the greatest city in the world.
Beyond NY Real Estate, Lawrence is also the creative director of a luxury co-working space + boutique hotel in Shanghai, China. His background in real estate development and his love for architecture and design have sharpened his eye to help his clients find the homes of their dreams and to ascertain true value in the market place, often hidden in inflated asking prices and cheap construction. His skills as a copywriter and graphic designer also ensure that his clients properties are marketed to the highest standards both visually and verbally.
In his free time, Lawrence enjoys music, sports, film, cooking, photography, art and design. You will most likely find him walking through the back streets of Tribeca with a coffee in hand, shooting hoops outdoors somewhere in the city or out performing with his band.
