Ashley Karger has advised clients in the luxury segment of the Boston real estate market for over 8 years. Prior to joining Compass, Ashley was a real estate advisor with Engel & Volkers Boston. Ashley holds an MBA with a concentration in International Relations achieved on a full scholarship from Salve Regina University. She also holds a BS in Accounting from the same alma mater. As a former accounting professional at one of the world's most respected professional services firms, Ashley provides unparalleled technical dexterity to help her clients navigate through the complex world of real estate finance and contractual complexities.
A former competitor for both the Miss America and Miss USA title, Ashley truly embodies what it means to be savvy, goal-oriented and aware. A testament to her pursuit of excellence, Ashley is among a few women in history to become a Triple Crown title holder, achieved by having held her state title and competed for each Miss America, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.
Ashley and her family are passionate philanthropists in the Boston community, with a special focus on the arts, higher education and health care. Ashley’s leadership is evident by the roles in which she has been asked to serve. These roles include currently serving on the Foundation Board for the Massachusetts College of Art & Design. Ashley previously served on the Young Partners Council of the Boston Ballet. She is a past co-chair of the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company Gala, co-chair of the MassArt Fashion Show Party, co-chair of the Institute of Contemporary Art’s Party on the Harbor as well as serving on Boston Medical Center’s Food for Thought Gala committee for a number of years. Ashley currently resides in Boston’s historical South End with her husband Wesley and their young son and daughter.
