For over 25 years, Bev D’Agostino has been providing her clients with an honest viewpoint, much-needed compassion during one of the most stressful times in their lives, and an innate ability to understand exactly what their real estate needs are. From finding young couples their dream home to helping older homeowners through the process of getting their home ready to sell to achieve a maximum price, or helping investors make sound decisions, Bev’s clients know they are in the best of hands.

Bev had the pleasure and success of working in residential real estate in the suburbs before expanding her business to luxury developments in downtown Boston and surrounding cities. She has had the opportunity to work with some of the leading downtown developers reviewing floor plans, amenity spaces and helped to determine demographics for each specific site along with managing both pre and post sales. Bev’s resume includes over $300M in sales, she managed both pre and post sales at Skyline at Station Landing in Medford, Northpoint Condominiums in Cambridge, Sepia and Siena Condominiums at Ink Block in Boston’s vibrant South End, as well as most recent the Lovejoy Wharf project in the North End.

Her vast experience in both residential brokerage and new construction projects, combined with her guiding principles of compassion, honesty, and understanding, make her a versatile agent with a talent for finding the right buyer for any property.
