"Debbie is the best agent you will ever work with. Despite the fact this was our fourth time purchasing a home, we considered ourselves ill-equipped to find the right house, location, and price in Cambridge. The market here is extremely challenging for buyers. Homes go so quickly and for so much $$, that there is little time before a decision needs to be made and the trigger pulled for a lot of money . When considering all these variables plus the different neighborhoods throughout the Cambridge community, we felt a great deal of anxiety going into this process. Then along came Debbie. First, she knows the market better than anyone – not just what’s on the market at the moment and the comps but also what’s coming to market in the future, currently in construction or in early planning phases. That really alleviates some of the pressure and offers more options.
