Katie fell in love with Boston’s Back Bay twelve years ago and has never left. Her interest in real estate started when she bought her first home in Seattle and has expanded to include both personal and investment properties in Boston and Vermont. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a life-changing experience.
She comes to real estate from a project management background where her attention to detail and positive attitude made managing complex projects with diverse teams a success. Whether buying a new home or selling an investment property, Katie brings the same thoughtful and determined approach to helping her clients achieve their goals.
Katie and her husband are raising their daughter in the city and are actively involved in their community. Katie volunteers at her daughter’s school on Beacon Hill and serves as a Board Member for the Lake Dunmore Fern Lake Association in Vermont. Katie is also currently serving on the Greater Boston Associations of Realtors® (GBAR) Sustainability Task Force; one of only two committees in the country dedicated to promoting sustainability in the real estate industry.
When she isn’t helping her clients or volunteering, she enjoys skiing, walking her dog, photography, relaxing in Vermont, and exploring new places and nature.
homes for urban living
This collection is for urban families who are in need of extra space for those kiddos. Or anyone who needs an extra bedroom in their life! All these homes are in downtown Boston, with three bedrooms or more, and move-in ready. Everyone has a different goal when it comes to their home, so I try to find properties that meet a wide range of tastes and budgets. I am constantly curating this collection so check back regularly and share it with friends who are looking.

distinctive boston rentals
Looking for a new home but not ready to buy? There are many beautiful rental properties currently available. These listings are a few of my favorites. They range from ultra-luxury concierge buildings to quintessential brownstones. Not seeing what you need? I can create a customized search for you. Boston's rental market is competitive so working with an experienced and knowledgeable agent makes a difference. Also, if you have a place you need to rent, I would be happy to find you a great tenant.
