Rachel has experience in multiple types of real estate in multiple markets. From office and retail to residential, she has worked in leasing and sales, as well as in marketing and research. She was originally licensed in Arizona in 1999 and has been working in Boston since 2003. Rachel graduated from Emerson College, where she studied literature and writing. This unique combination of experience gives her a leg up in communication and negotiation, in concert with a broad understanding of how a neighborhood works, and what it needs to thrive.
With buyers, sellers and investors, Rachel operates first from a data-driven perspective and subsequently, from an understanding of the cultural factors that drive people to buy and sell real estate. Rachel pulls from all sides of her knowledge and experience to turn her clients’ vision into a strong, tactical plan of action.
As a trusted advisor to her clients, Rachel is resilient and persevering. She understands that big decisions are made in stages – one step at a time. At every step along the way, Rachel holds the space and paves the road so that her clients are confident in their information gathering process while being authentic to their own personal experience. With high standards for exceptional service, she is constantly cultivating her knowledge base and investing in relationships for long-term success.
