About Sarah
Sarah has been a consistent top producing Real Estate since 2013. Sarah currently collaborates with the Festa | Beers | Foley Real Estate Team, serving the South Shore and beyond. Prior to her real estate sales career, she owned and operated Octavia’s, a successful boutique business in Duxbury for 11 years. In addition to real estate, Sarah is the owner of Pristine Services, a local staging and decorating business, which she seamlessly incorporates in her real estate practice.
Being in sales and customer service for over 20 years has helped her navigate and guide clients through the real estate process. She loves the one on one customer service, building life long relationships with clients, and being an advisor in all the aspects of selling and buying.
Sarah currently resides in Kingston with her daughter Maya and her son Mason. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her kids, taking nature walks and going to the beach. She is active in the community, serves as a volunteer with the Kingston Foundation for Education and volunteers in various other school and fundraising activities.
