"We could not recommend Shannon enough. We were connected through a friend who raved about her market knowledge and personal touch- and she was right. Shannon held our hand through the entire process, was incredibly responsive, and acted as an adviser when we were unsure how to proceed. Here are a few great examples:

1- when we were touring what would be our eventual future purchase, which was a completely new construction, she could tell we loved it but were not ready to move forward. Knowing exactly what we were looking for, she probed to understand our hesitancy. When we told her a) not enough closet space b) no dual-sinks and c) too much money, she advisde that we ask for these upgrades in the offer. Lo and behold the contractor was willing to make all of the updates while coming in well under asking price (per SL's advice!).
2- She helped SO MUCH with the negotiation. She gave honest advisement, even suggesting we walk away from what would be a potential sale for her over a small gap in our offer and seller asking. She simply knew the market and wanted us to get the appropriate deal.
3- Even after the offer went through, and well into the buying process, we realized we didn't like the color of one of the rooms. She contacted the seller and had it repainted, without negotiation, for free.
