Sheila has been a successful real estate agent for the past 12 years in the greater Boston
area, working with both buyers and sellers. Prior to her real estate career she had a long and
successful career in direct sales and sales/service management for several prominent high
tech companies nationwide. Her interest in history and architecture, especially in the
Boston area, guided her towards real estate sales and she chose Chobee Hoy Associates, a
highly successful boutique firm in the heart of Brookline. Having moved several times
from coast to coast she understands the importance of finding the right home and the
impact it can have on the adjustment to a new area. She works extensively with her
buyers to understand what is most important to them in choosing a home, and with sellers
to insure she’s familiar with all the advantages of the neighborhoods and homes she
Sheila was raised in the Pacific Northwest, in the Seattle area and in a ranching community in Eastern Oregon, but Boston has been her home for many years. She derives great enjoyment from exploring the Boston area on foot and becoming familiar with local history. She has many occasions to share her discoveries with family and friends who often visit from other parts of the country.
Sheila has a BA in writing and literature from the University of Arizona in Tucson, and reading and writing are part of her daily life. Animals are her passion.
