Brad’s lifelong love and passion for Real Estate has developed into a career of helping others find and create their dream homes. In addition to working as a Real Estate Agent, Brad is involved in several tristate residential development projects, manages a portfolio of multi-family properties and also has experience in NYC apartment renovations. His well-rounded understanding of Residential Real Estate further strengthens his ability to serve his clients.
Academically, Brad graduated top of his class from Brandeis University, magna cum laude with a double major in Economics and Business with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Brad came to the New York Real Estate market from the world of financial and economic consulting. As a financial consultant, he skillfully performed research, economic analysis and financial valuations on behalf of his clients.
On a personal note, Brad has been a long time New York resident, currently residing in his co-op apartment on the Upper East Side. Brad is a lover of the opera and a frequent patron of the Metropolitan Opera and has strong interest in interior design, cooking, travel and hiking. Outside of work you will often find Brad hosting epic dinner parties or walking his adorable Labrador Retriever, Logan.
