Brandt Barham

Brandt began real estate consulting in 2009, in the midst of the subprime mortgage crisis. Not exactly an easy time to be selling real estate, so he pursued the most active buyers in the market, investors. Being able to learn about buying and selling holds, flips, and other investment properties was invaluable experience.

Through each shift in the market, Brandt has been able to adapt for his clients needs. Presently, the demand is for land, commercial investments, and development opportunities. Crunching numbers and crafting creative investment opportunities is Brandt’s strong suit.

Brandt offices in Dallas, and lives in Coppell with his wife, Jen, and three boys, Vincent, Rex, and Leo. His number one priority is his family and spending time with them. His clients are a close second.
