"I strongly recommend Brenna to all buyers, but especially those who are first time home buyers, and those who are serious about purchasing a home in the current market. Brenna helped me purchase a townhouse in Gardena. I closed in March 2021. If you have been following the housing market, then you might already know that during this time houses were routinely receiving 15+ offers, all well over asking. As a first time home buyer, I only started seriously looking in late January. I got my offer accepted on Feb. 17th, over 16 other offers, and mine was not the highest price. Brenna was the key reason why I was able to purchase so quickly and smoothly in an area I preferred. As soon as we connected, she gave a detailed presentation on the home buying process and helped me narrow in on the right location, price point, and “must haves”. This allowed me to focus my search to a very specific area and type of home, seeing all the available inventory in about 3 weeks. This gave me a baseline to recognize a good house when it came on market. During the actual offer and negotiation process, Brenna was extremely knowledgeable and business savvy. She knows rules and regulation as well as market conditions of the LA area very well. She was able to advise me on which place to offer on, the price to offer, the conditions of the offer, if I should escalate, and how to get the deal done in general. After offer acceptance, I ended up having significant issues with my lender making a number of small but serious mistakes that could have easily caused me the home. Brenna basically acted as a project manager for the entire deal, going between my lender, escrow, the sellers, and even the HOA, making sure every detail was corrected, and that no one got spooked and backed out. Brenna is very hard working, going the extra mile to get information and offer creative solutions. This puts her above other agents, and out my offer above other buyers’.
