The Early Years- Caroline’s passion for real estate began at an early age back in her hometown of Chicago, Illinois. Walking through the neighborhood, she would excitedly pick up any available home brochures to read up on the homes that were for sale. Every Fall, Halloween was the perfect opportunity to sneak a peek homes' interiors, even if it was just from the front doorstep. Little did the unsuspecting homeowners know, their homes were being critiqued while they were passing out candy! Even with such curiosity for homes, the words, “I want to be a Realtor® when I grow up,” hadn't quite surfaced yet.

In 1998, Caroline relocated to Phoenix, Arizona to pursue her degree in Business Management at Arizona State University. During those four years, she was focusing on her other passion, customer service. While obtaining her degree, Caroline worked full-time in the service industry at various hotels and restaurants, where she worked her way to managerial positions focusing on ensuring proper training and skill development in pursuit of excellent customer service at these establishments.

By the summer of 2002, Caroline graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor's Degree and headed west to sunny San Diego! During her time off from her hotel management career, Carolne explored homes and admired the various architecture in the different neighborhoods of San Diego. It wasn’t too long before she finally came to the realization that she needed to merge her two passions together to ultimately have her “dream job.”

2004 marked the beginning of Caroline’s real estate career. She didn’t quite know the tough battle she had ahead. Besides being a new, young agent without many roots in the area, the real estate market took a dive in the summer of 2005 and no one knew how long it would continue. At a time when hundreds of agents were getting out of the business, Caroline charged forward relentlessly in the years to follow and succeeded!

Currently, Caroline is with Compass, and celebrating her 18th year in real estate. She is ecstatic to be with this wonderful company that never fails to continue bringing in new knowledge and training to their agents. In the continued quest to grow and improve. Armed with enthusiasm, undying energy, knowledgeable and a detail-oriented Team, Caroline is here to provide you with 5 STAR service!
