Having been a buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant, Cavarly is well versed in the details of completing transactions. Additionally, she understands the emotional and financial implications that influence real estate decisions.
Cavarly draws on her engineering education and investment experience to find the real estate solutions for each client.
For the buyer, the challenges include maximizing value while balancing accessibility, aesthetics, amenities, functionality, light, neighborhood, resources and always minimizing cost.
For the seller, the challenges include highlighting the best aspects of the existing space and helping the buyer envisioning the possibilities while anticipating and adapting to the ever-changing market conditions.
During her career as an Asset Manager, Cavarly’s portfolio included mixed-use developments and office assets. Using her creativity and design sense, Cavarly has successfully repositioned dozens of buildings through appearance and functionality updates, as well as incorporated energy and resource efficiency increasing desirability and thereby investment value. She oversaw the development of complex projects successfully integrating office, retail and residential uses to create a vibrant community.
Cavarly continues to enhance her skills through classes at the New York School of Interior Design. She has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University.
Cavarly grew up in Litchfield County, Connecticut. She is an avid skier and can be found at Hunter Mountain most winter weekends.
She also served as Treasurer of her co-op board. Cavarly is a LEED Green Associate and a Fitwel Ambassador.
