"We were referred to Chad by a friend and we are very pleased we decided to work with him! Considering my husband and I work full time, we have strict times we are avilable. Chad always made time to meet or talk with us, even if it was late at night or on a busy weekend. We were first time home buyers so there was a lot we didn't understand and he took the time to explain everything to us in terms we understood. Even some of our questions with our loan he broke down and explained to us. He really went above and beyond.
When it came to finding out first home, we had some issues with the tenets there. Chad made sure everything was taken care of. We had a mold appointment that we were unavailable to be at, so Chad went in our place. Sent us photos and followed up with us after the inspection was complete. Once the house was purchased, Chad even stopped buy on our first day of demo! He really shows that he cares and was very understanding of our needs.
