"Cheryl was the agent for the sale of our Chevy Chase home and the purchase of our Bethesda home in 2015. She helped with the staging of our house, held my anxious hand, advised on offers and counter-offers, and made sure the closings went off without a hitch. Several friends, one neighbor, and my aunt and cousins have all used her to sell to sell and buy houses in the area. She went the extra mile(s) in so many ways for us. Best of all, she's a totally delightful person. I wouldn't think of engaging in a real estate transaction without her." - Ruth

"Cheryl helped us both to buy and to sell houses in the Maryland suburbs. She is highly skilled, well-versed in current finance options and the market, as well as unwritten market practices and the legal framework of residential real estate. An incredibly hard worker and dedicated to her clients, Cheryl is, best of all, fun to be with (especially in occasionally stressful situations)." - glswrthy

"I have known Cheryl for 30+ years and she is the most knowledgeable, customer focused, and detail oriented Real Estate professional I have ever known. I use her exclusively for any house/property sale, and it's the best I ever made. She keeps me totally informed on the status of the sale, advises on alternatives and negotiations, and gets it done. Her wide variety of experience has proven to be very helpful in house prep, sale, and settlement." - Chevy Chase Client

"Of all the decisions we made with respect to buying a house, choosing Cheryl as our realtor was the wisest. Always a consummate professional, Cheryl's knowledge of the AU Park real estate market was extensive and impressive. But she also thought about, and took care of, the little things--such as remembering to grab the front key to a place after hours in order to have access to it before 9 AM the next morning. Or reaching out to inspectors on extremely short notice to get some assurance on the condition of a house before we made an offer. She was confident yet practical and always having our . I can honestly say that we would not have gotten the house we did if it wasn't for her hustling to get the sale as quickly as possible. She knows what she is doing, and when she doesn't, she reaches out to those who do, so that she can address whatever is needed to be addressed at that time. We really value her work and would wholeheartedly recommend her to prospective home buyers." - Sanesodi

"Cheryl helped us to buy our first home together 15 years ago and when we decided to buy a new home and sell the old one we turned to Cheryl again without a second's hesitation. 15 years ago we were in a hot market with multiple bids and homes selling 10s and even 100s of thousands of dollars over list. With Cheryl's advice we came out on top of a 7-person bidding war at a reasonable price. Now 15 years later, we couldn't fathom spiffing up and putting our house on the market while we were busy leading our busy family lives. Cheryl gave us the confidence to buy and and then sell. And we sold even before the old house was listed. We trust her advice. She is smart, reassuring, knowledgeable and clear, and she is delightful as well. " - Swartell

★★★★★
"Cheryl is a great asset for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the DC area. She combines a refreshing informality along with a litigator's fastidiousness, and needless to say both attributes will serve you well as she helps to take you through what can at times be a rollercoaster process. Unlike many she will think outside the box, and won't bring a pre-ordained cookie-cutter approach to addressing your real estate needs, whether buying or selling. She referred some great people to assist me in getting our family's house ready for sale, and also was very proactive about staying in touch and keeping me informed of matters, especially about other comps in the area. Her relaxed yet attentive style was a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend her enough. " - dmpvino
