Damian graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Upon graduating, he launched DKU, a full service commercial and residential construction company, which has quickly grown to include large commercial clients, such as Marriott, Westin, Starbucks, and Hilton, along with homeowners all over the Chicagoland area.
Working with his clients to bring their visions to life, Damian has always believed in the collaborative process, transparent communication and honesty. With DKU being a well oiled machine, Damian turned a new chapter, focusing on representing buyers and sellers with Compass. His eye for design and construction knowledge, provide an invaluable asset to his clients when purchasing a home.
Having directly worked with homeowners for over ten years, and being one himself, Damian understands the importance of purchasing property. The resources that he brings to the table, provide the client with an upper hand when buying or selling. Providing honest, practical information on the spot helps clients cut through the noise during what can be a stressful time.
When he isn’t working with clients, Damian purchases distressed real estate and completely transforms the spaces to get top dollar when selling. This avenue provides another insight to help price, sell, and create opportunities where sometimes they may be difficult to envision. For Damian, every client is a new challenge but most importantly, a new opportunity.
