Mary specializes in working with high net worth individuals, investors and rehabbers. Mary's no-nonsense approach and direct manner guides clients with a sure and steady hand over the rough spots that often arise in a real estate transaction. Her savvy street smarts combined with an excellent work ethic, high integrity and boundless energy make her an outstanding advocate for her clients. Many of Mary's clients consider her their trusted real estate advisor for life - knowing that Mary will tell them what they need to know rather than what they want to hear. Mary owned her own real estate company for 15 years - The M Nack Team. As an entrepreneur and real estate investor, Mary has personally invested in many real estate deals herself. She believes that having been a principal informs her ability to serve as an advisor to others.
Mary has a passion for contributing and giving back to an industry that has served her so well. She is a member of the Chicago Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS (WCR) where she has served as local chapter president, an officer at the state level and at the national level as Governor of Illinois. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University where she has mentored students in the graduate real estate program. She served for 10 years on the Professional Standards Committee of the Chicago Association of REALTORS. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Executive Women (CREW).
Having earned a degree in music from Chicago Musical College at Roosevelt University, Mary utilizes her short supply of free-time by singing in her church choir at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church located at Addison & Magnolia in Wrigleyville. She is joined in that by her husband of nearly 40 years - a former church organist.
