Since the age of 10, when Richard was making $60 a day selling lemonade on a busy street corner in suburban Chicago, his drive to be an entrepreneur put him on a path to being in direct control over his results. From ages 12-18, he was able to parlay this enthusiasm for being the master of his own destiny into being a caddy at white eagle country club. It was there Richard uncovered his passion for interaction with people and satisfying their needs through optimum levels of service.
Throughout his five years working for vector marketing, he was a top performer, amassing over 135,000 of personal sales. After college and the accrual of experience in a few different industries and entrepreneurial ventures, Richard made the decision to invest virtually all his time, money and energy into becoming a top-performing real estate agent and foremost real estate market expert and he sold a volume of $4,000,000 his first year, all through listings.
