Ryan’s real estate career began when he started acquiring student rental properties near his alma mater, The University of Arizona. He identified an opportunity during recession years, invested personally, and began building his real estate business. Following graduation from college, Ryan worked in management consulting for Deloitte Consulting and EY, while building a successful rental investment portfolio at a young age. While Ryan advanced quickly in consulting, it was only a matter of time before Ryan decided to pursue his passion in real estate and make it his full-time career.
His analytical skills, innate ability to negotiate, and successful track record were quickly recognized by peers. His client base grew almost effortlessly as colleagues and friends sought his expertise in handling their own real estate transactions.
Over the years, Ryan has continued to challenge himself in many areas of real estate: new construction, development, value-add renovation, mixed use, investment sales, and brokerage of residential and commercial property. Ryan started his own development company, L2 Properties that specializes in new construction multi-family and mixed use projects in Chicago. This vast array of experience has allowed Ryan to grow his business tremendously and serve as even better resource to his clients. Ryan brings personal interest, experience, and assertion to every transaction, providing even more value to the client whether buying or selling.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling abroad to experience new cultures, cities, and architecture. He cherishes this time away and believes it is essential for personal growth and to provide new perspective which he applies to his business as well. If Ryan isn’t working, you can find him enjoying Chicago’s restaurant scene and museums, running along the lake, or supporting Chicago sports teams. He loves exploring Chicago and all its great neighborhoods.
