Sara was an absolute dream to work with when we bought our home. My husband and I are first time home buyers, so we were pretty needy. We started looking for a house in January, and no matter the cold or precipitation, Sara met us every weekend to show us 7-8 properties a day. She was relentless! but credit and a huge shout out has to be given to our phenomenal agent for not only her real estate expertise but also her incredible support and guidance. Without her I'm not sure I would have made it thru this process! After sticking with us for 3 years (through covid) - the hemming and hawing, endless questions, and listening to us 'think out loud' more than anyone ever should - I don't know if I'm more excited for her or us!
She proved to be the most reassuring presence in a crazy market and frankly, the overwhelming process of simultaneously buying and selling with 3 little kids. (If you've ever tried to keep your house 'showing clean' for a month while a 1yo is entering the Sticky Phase, you know Mama needs all the help she can get). From knowing exactly when to give us space to recover from multiple offer situations, keeping us energized thru the selling process, being meticulous in the details, keeping us (and everyone involved) on task and on time, to going way above and beyond providing entertainment and a playmate at inspections and showings, and being a great friend to bounce ideas off of and share frustrations with, we felt truly cared for.
If you're ever in need, to say you'd be in good hands with Sara is an understatement. You'll be hard pressed to find someone who's as invested in the process as you - who knows you don't make a purchase like this every day. Her level of expertise, understanding, and compassion is evident every step of the way, and some days was the only thing keeping my anxiety in check.
