Z Chicago opened in 2016 as an independent boutique brokerage by top producing Realtor, Geoffrey Zureikat. Geoff’s passion for real estate began in 2012. He quickly realized what it took to build a successful modern real estate business: relentless devotion, a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt. He wanted to start a brand synonymous with his premium level of care and concern for each client’s well being.

The first step was building a team of dynamic and talented agents – training them to operate their businesses with the same level of commitment was the second. The third step, now a reality, was partnering with a tech-forward brokerage who shared the same passion for integrity and innovation in real estate. Z Chicago and all of its agents joined Compass as a team, led by Geoff Zureikat as the principal broker, in September 2019.

Now powered by Compass, Z Chicago is able to better serve all of our clients – buyers, sellers, renters and investors.
