During his college years as an undergraduate student at Bentley University in Waltham, MA, he turned the passion into income and experience. Sophomore year, Chris launched a handyman service as part of a “Six Week Startup” entrepreneurship course and obtained his real estate license junior year. After graduating Bentley University, Chris added to his real estate endeavors by attending the North Bennet Street School where he earned a diploma in carpentry, and in 2019 launched a general contracting company while also becoming a licensed construction supervisor.
This combination of a business background, carpentry training, general construction knowledge, and deep appreciation of fine craftsmanship not only enables Chris to assist his clients in finding and negotiating the perfect home, but more importantly gives him the ability to provide his clients with superior value; through his knowledge of the home, beyond what is cosmetic or plainly visible. By helping educate clients on different disciplines of the home construction process, building code requirements and estimated renovation costs, they are able to assess potential properties in greater detail, leading to exceptional deals and more informed decisions.
