A native of Germany, Christiane Westhoff studied Agriculture and worked as a consultant on international projects in Eastern Europe and South America for the World Bank, The European Commission and the German government.
Christiane landed in South Florida in 1998 where she started her career in real estate by purchasing multifamily buildings and converting them into condominiums. In 2004 she founded her own company placing high-end European furniture brands in North and South America retail locations. This endeavor gave her great insight into interior design and architecture which has been invaluable in working with sellers to prepare and stage their homes for sale and helping her buyers realize the full potential of properties they tour.
Straightforward, and with an abundance of patience, Christiane is attuned to the needs of many different cultures and personalizes her approach to guide each of her international clients through the often-challenging Miami real estate market. Fluent in three languages – German, English and Spanish – and with some knowledge of Italian, French and Portuguese - Christiane is the perfect fit for South Florida’s international clientele.
A South Beach & Belle Isle resident for more than 25 years, Christiane is
intimately familiar with all of Miami Beach and has developed a commanding
knowledge of Miami’s urban core including Downtown Miami, Midtown, Wynwood,
Edgewater, and Brickell. In addition to
working with investors, she has developed relationships with major relocation
firms who relied on her to place executives in desirable neighborhoods towards
the south such as Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami & Pinecrest.
In addition to her extensive knowledge of the single-family
home and condominium markets, she specializes in pre-construction developments
including those ideal for investment and is well educated about current pre-construction
projects throughout south Florida.
Equally passionate about enjoying life and running a successful real estate business,
she enjoys traveling for the adventure of the journey and experiencing new
cultures. In her spare time, she loves exercising, going to the beach, meeting
new people or watching a game of soccer or basketball.
