★★★★★
Christine's financial background sets her apart from a typical real estate agent. She carefully analyzed the numbers to give us insight into market conditions and help us understand the value of our investment. She is particularly good at looking at the longterm value of a property and how it compares to our immediate needs. She has a quick wit and sense of humor and made the process more fun.

★★★★★
Could not have gotten this home in the University District without Christine Laborde. She was available on Fourth of July Sunday morning to take our call and provide us with all disclosures and answer our questions. She got us scheduled for a showing early the next day and helped facilitate the process of going to contract on the same day. She provided excellent contacts for securing the mortgage which turned the mortgage around in about 30 days. She was always available to answer questions throughout the process. She helped schedule the inspections and schedule some work we wanted to have done with a general contractor. There are not many professionals that listen to their clients but Christine is one of them. She heard everything we had to say and executed the process accordingly. Her people skills and realtor skills are exceptional. On top of that she is a very nice person who made the experience of buying a home a pleasure. We plan on using Christine again when the time comes and highly recommend her as the realtor to use to others. Thanks Christine for making our home happen for us!

Christine read the contract and suggested items that should be changes that are "normal" . During inspection outcome negotiations, Christine helped us determine what are reasonable requests from the buyer and helped negotiate items that were not so reasonable."
