"Coleen helped us to find our first home and working with her was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone should have an agent like Coleen. She is incredibly professional, courteous, caring, and truly went above and beyond for us. She was a guardian angel, from the start until we closed escrow and even beyond she is still helping us!

As first time home owners she guided us every step of the way. We appreciated her patience because since the beginning we knew we wanted to take our time and not rush into something too quickly. Coleen sent us plenty of listings, was readily available to set up appointments sometimes the same day or next day, and helped us ask the correct questions when touring the homes. Coleen found us the perfect house in a perfect neighborhood that we didn’t even know about until we started looking with her. I was so surprised we were able to find such a nice place for our budget, but now thinking back on it, perhaps it is not that surprising considering how hard Coleen worked for us and how much experience she has. When we finally went into escrow and we had to negotiate with the seller for repairs and credits, we were so thankful to have someone like Coleen who had great inspectors and contractors for us to get opinions and make informed decisions. If we couldn’t make an appointment, Coleen went herself to meet the inspectors. She was always available by phone or text for our questions. Also Coleen fought hard for us in escrow to help us get credits for our closing and she was able to make it happen.
