"My wife and I can't say enough good things about Dana. She represented us when we bought our first home and then also when we sold it several years later. As first time buyers, she really made the process easy and also helped us when our loan went a bit sideways. As sellers who were out-of-state, she went way above and beyond, helping us get the home ready for the sale. She was very good at calming nerves as our home sat on the market for longer than expected, but we couldn't have been happier with ultimate outcome and had two buyers ultimately come to the table. Dana really pushed to get us the best possible price and terms. She is professional, intelligent, driven, hardworking, a great negotiator and really knows the market. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her." - Tom and Jennifer P.
"I could not be more pleased with Dana’s representation of me in the sale of my property. She is professional, effective, efficient and well versed in the luxury market. It’s obvious she has a great deal of experience. She is everything one needs in a realtor. I highly recommend Dana for both the sale and/or purchase of residential and mixed-use properties.." - Franck L.
