While studying Interior Design at Stephen F. Austin State University in his hometown of Nacogdoches, Texas, Dagan began working for a telecommunications company in sales. Dagan quickly worked his way into upper management where he attracted the attention of the executive team, and was offered a position by the company’s owner who had begun to develop condominiums on Singer Island, FL.
Dagan moved to West Palm Beach in 2018 and began working for Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences specializing in project management and new development marketing. Dagan aided in the sale of over $300M worth of pre-construction oceanfront condominiums.
In 2022 Dagan left Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences to join Compass on the Palm Beach Advisory team by Elizabeth DeWoody, acting as her Director of Operations. During this time Dagan helped the team to achieve over $150M in sales. With over 6 years of experience in residential sales, Dagan’s prior experience provides him a competitive edge whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors.
Dagan has consistently exceeded client expectations with his data driven approach to real estate sales, service oriented leadership style, and years of digital marketing experience. Through Dagan’s vision for highest and best use, his local network, and years of experience in the markets of Palm Beach and West Palm Beach he is able to meet and exceed his clients specific needs. His personable and passionate nature have given him the ability to create longstanding relationships with his clients.
Outside of his passion for real estate, Dagan loves to thrift and collect vintage and designer pieces - anything from art and furniture to clothing and accessories. His interior design background and interest in fashion has fostered an appreciation for the beautiful and unique. Dagan loves to stay active at the gym, beach, and by playing pickleball. Dagan has a passion for health, wellness, and nutrition.
