Jeffrey Lester

A fourth-generation Dallasite, Jeffrey Lester knows Dallas real estate. He understands that buying a home is so much more than just making a move - it is always a life-changing event that requires a caring expert and adviser. As such, his finger is on the pulse of what is happening in the market.

Prior to real estate, Jeffrey worked for a world-class oil field services company in international finance and afterwards successfully managed the regional operations for a national consulting firm. He brought that same energy and professionalism to his real estate business which has resulted in an ever growing loyal client base who turn and return to him for their real estate needs. Having been a REALTOR for over 20 years, Jeffrey is a dedicated and trusted partner to his clients. He brings fierce dedication to them as their committed advocate while always adhering to the highest level of standards and practices in residential real estate.

Having lived in many of Dallas' most sought after neighborhoods incuding Kessler Park, Preston Hollow, Lake Highlands and State Thomas in Uptown, Jeffrey now lives on historic Turtle Creek.  Each of these neighborhoods has renewed his love for this city and its unprecedented growth and ascension as one of the leading U.S. cities  

He is a biking enthusiast and has supported the fight against Multiple Sclerosis and rode in the MS150 for several years. Some of his other charitable endeavors benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, the National Parkinson Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Visiting Nurse Associaton Meals on Wheels program and the Dallas Resource Center.

Jeffrey was one of the founding team members of the Dallas office when Compass expanded to Texas in 2018.
