About Lisa
Lisa Evans began her real estate career in 1989 and has advised her clients on far more than the critical issues of price and location. Her eye for design has also helped her buyers visualize the full potential of a house, and her sellers have equally benefitted. An interior designer since 1978, Lisa has staged, reorganized and often furnished her listings, creating maximum exposure and substantially speeding up the sales process.

So successful has she been at preparing homes for sale, she formed a staging company. Stage Crew was established in 2006 and has become one of the elite staging companies in Dallas, TX. She has staged homes with list prices from $500,000 to $7,500,000. Her talent in staging has taken her all over the Dallas metroplex and also out of state with great results. She is hired by real estate agents and homeowners to furnish vacant homes to put on the market and each house subsequently shows at its pristine best. Her website is www.stagecrewdesigns.com.

She and her husband, Jim, have worked for many years buying properties along 30A on the beautiful Emerald Coast in the Florida panhandle. They have renovated, furnished, established a rental history, and sold each of these properties. Currently, they own a home in Rosemary Beach that many families enjoy as a vacation rental. This love of
Florida's paradise and real estate has led her to become dual licensed in TX and FL. Lisa has worked as an agent in the area for several years and is now with Compass 30A.

Lisa is from Tulsa, OK and attended Oklahoma State University. She is married to Jim Evans, and together they raised three children in University Park, TX. Grandchildren now live in Dallas, Austin and Nashville.

Service to the community has always been a big part of Lisa’s life, volunteering for years with the Junior League of Dallas, Highland Park schools, Cambridge School of Dallas, Carpenters for Christ within the Highland Park Methodist Church, Genesis Outreach, and Habitat for Humanity. She is also a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association. She is proud to support Mercy Ministries, a Christian ministry helping young women who are struggling with life-controlling behaviors and situations. This ministry is free of charge to any young woman seeking help.

Lisa’s love of people, love of homes, and love of design creates a great relationship to work with.
