Her work ethic was forged by her career in the field of legal support services. She worked as a paralegal for years before founding a staffing company that helped law firms find secretaries, paralegals, and attorneys. After 15 years in the staffing business, Therese sold her company and became a Realtor in 2011 to help people find their forever homes.
