Chelsea resident Dan Martinsen is the newest member of the very successful Daly-Cunningham team at Compass. Dan brings a tremendous amount of passion and experience for real estate as a homeowner, landlord, marketer and investor in New York City, as well as the Hamptons on Long Island. He and his wife purchased their home in Chelsea prior to the construction of the popular High Line Park and expansion of the 7 Subway Line to Hudson Yards, and have experienced first-hand the amazing transformation and growth of their neighborhood. They enjoy venturing out on foot, subways and Citi Bikes every chance they get to experience the rich diversity of New York’s neighborhoods, and are constantly visiting new real estate properties. A licensed member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) he most recently invested in a newly constructed building in Central Harlem. His personal experience provides him with an innate understanding of the sometimes complex and emotional process of buying or selling a home. He listens, understands and moves on your behalf.
Prior to joining Compass, Dan was a senior communications and marketing executive at international media company Viacom’s Nickelodeon division, where he created impactful marketing and communications campaigns that delivered some of the most iconic brands in entertainment.
