Dave is now expanding this unique expertise as a Realtor and custom home sales advisor by joining Compass Dana Point and teaming up with Danielle Wilson's Coastal OC Real Estate Group.
Through the years of experience, he’s gained building luxury homes from the ground up, Dave has acquired a masterful ability to assess real estate worth, as well as unlock a property’s potential for others to understand and enjoy.
Born and raised in tough New England weather, Dave’s strong work ethic was instilled at an early age. He pursued higher education at Northeastern University in Boston before relocating in 1997 to Orange County, where he met his wife, Carissa Hart. Dave has contributed more than just time and real estate knowledge to his wife’s nonprofit for at-risk youth, Hart Community Homes¾he also built the Monkey Business Café and workforce development program for them.
Dave has had a passion for real estate and people throughout his adult life.
