"David helped us in the sale of 203 W 98th Street, 4E. Without his diligent, enthusiastic, and assertive personality; the sale wouldn't have been possible. He takes his business serious, but at the same time he's friendly and approachable. Unlike many other brokers, David was easy to approach and was always available for questions and concerns. We felt like we were dealing with a family member." - Nelson
"David was fantastic to work with and made everything a breeze! He was proactive and knowledgeable at every possible juncture. He did everything and more to make the process smooth, pleasant, and stress-free!" - Christina
"David was absolutely instrumental in our search for an apartment on the Upper West Side. He worked hard to ensure that we found a place that perfectly suited our needs, and he did so in a way that was thorough, collaborative, and productive. We never felt rushed or stressed with David. It was clear he truly had our best interest in mind and would not stop working until we found a place we loved." - Lindsey
"David was the first broker that I spoke with when searching for an apt in NYC. After meeting him in person, I decided he was the ONLY broker that I needed to meet! His knowledge of the rental market and qualification process in NYC was impeccable and he only showed me apts that were in my price range. He found me a beautiful apartment on the UWS and I’m SO happy that I decided to work with him!" - Summer
"David was insanely helpful in our move to the Upper West Side from Michigan. Knowing we would only have 1-2 days to look at apartments, he worked with us via phone, email & shared spreadsheet to figure out where we would be looking when we came into town. He was attentive, knew what we wanted and never pushed us into anything while also knowing exactly where to go and what we should be looking for" - Kevin

David's last name is of Italian origin, which translates to good life. His namesake is his daily reminder to live a good life every day through his actions, how he lives, where he lives, and the people with whom he chooses to surround himself. Just as much, David wants a good life for his clients as well and feels honored to help them find a home they love for that purpose.
He serves each of his real estate clients with dedication, respect, guidance, and knowledge. His relationships with them are invaluable to him, and having their trust is the greatest compliment. Hopefully, the bond that forms will last a lifetime, and they will always call upon him as their needs and lifestyles change.
